The Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center is truly a multi-functional facility. In addition to the ample rental space, delicious food and beverage options and expert customer service; we can provide state of the art audio-visual service and support for your event productions. Our meeting rooms are equipped with their own screens and video projectors that drop down from the ceiling. In our main Hibiscus Hall, the space is very flexible. Our staff can create effects such as memorable visual décor for your special banquet, to a rousing light show in conjunction with a rock n’ roll concert and everything in between. The audio-visual productions can be placed in virtually any area of the hall and be designed for an intimate setting for a few people to a full production for an attendance of 1,800 people.Please feel free to speak to our team that can create a plan especially to meet your needs.
